I Have Fainted Before

It happens to me all the time. I have a chronic/pain illness that is so bad, that it has caused me to faint. It is never easy.

What’s most embarrassing, is when it happens in public. I really hate that.

If it happens often enough, maybe one of those medical bracelets that helps bystanders know that you have a "condition" and how to deal with it.

"I faint, please elevate feet and legs..." etc.

@SWisGoingWoke good idea. Thank you!
@NaturalBeautyQueen Those around you (when you faint) will thank you! Otherwise, they don't know if you're diabetic, or dead or...

@SWisGoingWoke makes sense
@NaturalBeautyQueen And maybe, soon, the problem source will go away and you can put the bracelet in your drawer, never needing it again!

I've fainted and done a face plant (nose first) into a hardwood floor, so I know how damaging it can be! (My nose is still crooked!)

@SWisGoingWoke so sorry to hear that. It was my back. I hadn’t been the same since.
@NaturalBeautyQueen It's hard to understand until it happens, but the human body doesn't process falling onto a hard surface without anything to break your fall. I was sore for a few days!

Sorry about your back!

Have you been able to find any relief ?@NaturalBeautyQueen
