I had couple experiences in last almost 6 years. The reason I faint is hypotension, I got tons of tests done but none determined why my blood pressure was low. So yes I sometimes faint.
I can not stand up for long time either. I just collapse. Happened multiple times in the bus and once an old man gave me his seat. Mine isn't concern as well. It mostly is not preventing me do stuff. But sometimes I get dizzy, blackout or faint.
That is very low. I'm normally 85/40, took it two days ago it was 88/44 but it's never actually been a concern, just a nuisciance.
I hope you get some answers. As you get older, or if you get pregnant, it tends to go up a little. Standing in one place is especially hard, like I can walk all day but I had to wait for meat at the deli counter and was dying.
Well lowest I go is 70/50 (7/5) or 70/40 (7/4) and those are the times when I am on the ground. But if I am not careful with 80/50 or 80/30 I may go down then too. Normally I am 90/60
