I An Apple A Day, Does Keep The Doctor Away

Yes It Does :)... To be honest this will leave doctors jobless :P , but seriously an apple a day makes you healthy.Apples are low in calories , they are rich in dietary fiber, they are rich in vitamin C, and many other minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and calcium.

Not just apple, i think every fruit does the same. Why no one is interested in any tropical fruits, btw i live there. I think even there is classes among fruits, lol. Anyway nice share, good point.
