@Spoiledbrat 1. Your preferred pasta 2. Ground beef 3. Whole peeled tomatoes (28oz)can medium size can of tomato paste.

Meatballs: beef mixed w s & p, garlic paste, Parmesan cheese, Italian spices, 1 egg, cubes of milk soaked bread, (squeeze out the liquid) a splash of tomato sauce, 1 or 2 drops of olive oil.
Form into balls and refrigerate

Tomato sauce: heat olive oil
In a large pot, add 6-6 smashed garlic cloves. Brown garlic then add peeled tomatoes and then the paste. Stir and cook over medium heat . Add some park cheese, Italian seasonings, s & p.
Stir periodically.
W/ slotted spoon remove tomatoes and place on a plate and carefully break them into pieces (or put them in a food processor, process, return to sauce)
Note: if sauce too thick add water slowly
Let slow cook for about an hour.
Meatballs: I place directly into
The sauce (optional) some bake or fry them first. Leave on the sauce until ready to plate.
Pasta: cook as per directions or your preference. Cook, drain, plate. Ladle sauce over pasta, add balls then top w/ cheese

Note: baked meatballs at about 325F for about 20 minutes. Check on them
So they don’t burn.
