There are many human arts which allow us to connect with Nature

Yoga is an old and effective art, that helps us to quieten our inner selves, to slow the pace of life and reconnect with our home in Nature. So much has been lost in modern living and it can be astounding and so very psychologically beneficial to sit very calm and quiet to just watch the sun set!
