@PhilDeep :( guess what you were right. i really thought i could get through it in breaks, but every few paragraphs i feel sick to the stomach, and two nights in succession i've had bad dreams about its contents. 😣 you'd guess you've watched gruesome movies, words couldn't possibly be worse than visuals, but no sir, i was wrong. i think knowing that this stuff is real, and not fiction, makes it unbearable to imagine aallll the descriptions of violence narrated in great detail.
