I Feel Lost

I'm not getting better, I know it. I'm not. The World's unresponsive, the sun is in hiding, and my fondness for overcasted weather has hit a sickened low.


My current situation, it just 'won't' end...I'm cornered and absolutely flattened. All is inanimate and somehow out of reach. It's the numbness brought on by an intimately indifferent winter.


Autumn,Please, just grace me with your presence and breath of dark-orange clarity.


It's not the weather. Not necessarily. It's the circumstances. I've fallen far from the zenith of optimism.


Silhouettes, all of them, lifeless greys. Myself included. I hate my character so much. I hate theirs. I can't feel. It wouldn't surprise me if they couldn't either. The sky a Novocain for all.
