I Know I'm Being Stupid But Yes I Get Jealous Sometimes

I really wish I didn't, but things have happened to me to make me feel that way. I wish I could stop. Someone... help :C

A good first step is to realise that the act of behaving jealously or possessively doesn't make betrayal any less likely. In fact if anything it could push someone away!
