Replace the bad habit with something positive. It'll take work at remembering to stop bad habits, but it's worth it.find someone you can talk to, in person or online, for when you aren't fine. It honestly does help getting an outside perspective or even validation on how you're feeling.

Find something that you are Passionate about, and jump in, feet first, then things should fall into place.
