always kiss the ass and the feet of your boss , especially if she is a woman ;), the important is to not have and obtuse and bigotted boss , if she isn't she will be wise and take advantage of that

I can't do it. It physically repulses me. I work hard and get ahead albeit at probably a slower rate but I can at least look at myself in the mirror.
