I Have Been Hit With a Belt
I get it since the age of 4, it hurts really bad, but I know it makes me behave better.

It never did anything for me. But caused pain.and resentment and more brutal forms of punishment and abuse. Sorry you are still getting the belt.it can't be working if you're still getting it.
