I Love Jogging

I am cutting down on my jogging. It is just a waste of time if it is just going to burn more muscle than fat. I am concentrating now on more weights and core exercises. Limiting cardio to a max of four miles a day now, using walking, jogging, bike, treadmill and elliptical. There is no point to jogging ten miles a day anymore, it burns more muscle than fat for me. I rather just run two or three fast miles a day, eight minutes or so per, that is good enough for me being in my 50s now.

My new kick is cable exercises especially using the legs, love this stuff...
