I Love Jogging
Just ran eight miles in about 78 minutes. Hopped on the train back home, got off and ran a cool down of one additional mile in about 11 minutes.
Sunday will end the first eight weeks of this year. I am right around 360 miles of cardio with two days left for first the eight weeks of this year. 80 percent of this is running outside, my other cardio is walking combined with jogging on the treadmill, elliptical and bike inside the gym. My goal is 2000 miles of cardio this year... Keep on chugging, one mile at a time :) ... Logging one's miles is a good motivation for me. Push yourself but always be careful, listen to your body and know when to rest.
Downside to a lot of cardio is I am burning the muscle I build with weight work in addition to burning fat. I wish it only burned fat :) ...
