I Love Jogging

It takes a hell of a commitment to run 25-35 miles a week. Been at it for about six months now. Every single damn day running gets to you after awhile. But then I think of being fat and I push on. Fatigue, it is okay to skip a day once in awhile. I ran 11 miles last Friday :) ....... Just gotta watch your diet too...

11 miles is a good run, that about my longest but I have not gone that far in a while.
