@Jenny1234 The letter R in the name of the month. Roughly spring, autumn, winter, all months except mai, juni, juli, august.

@ninalanyon Good for you: Vit D helps reduce S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) = a slight sense of being depressed due to shorter days and less sunshine in our lives!
