Those are great suggestions. By the way, the drinking water part...most of our body is water and there is a lot of water in the brain. So, taking in a fresh supply of water helps every part of your body work better, especially the brain. I replaced almost every other drink with water over 10 years ago and it made a big difference. Of course, right now, nothing will help my depression. But thank you for sharing your suggestions. Hopefully those will help someone suffering.
