Update: I went to my appointment. I was a little disappointed when a young intern Physician's Assistant walked in.
He was nice but he showed me one view of my brain MRI that was performed under anesthesia, to make sure my body would hold still.

Then he told me that I probably had that bright looking area, (Flair) since birth.
Even though my hubby told me to act like an idiot, I couldn't help myself. I told him if that was true, I would have had laughing epilepsy.

I don't feel like telling the rest, since they detest anyone who has researched their condition.

It may seem impossible that only two consecutive doses of 300 mg of Gabapentin, could cause such harm.
I stopped taking it immediately, and the nurse told me that side effects always wear off.
A similar type of drug, that also enhances GABA, are the Benzodiazapines, and I use one of them for anxiety but it's only, 0.5 mg.
Do you have Dystonia?

Thank you very much for writing this.
I am taking your advice re:
I also wish that I had received proper warning. I found the worst side effects for Gabapentin, hidden on Drugs.com, under the section called,
"For Healthcare Professionals."
And I am looking up the drug that I am on, klonopin.

Hugs and love, Luna.👭💓✨

Is it not possible to stop taking that particular drug? Or at least changing it for another?
