And to everyone's surprise I'm not alone in that... Actually, I guess I'm little surprised statues of Cleopatra VII from over 2000 years ago bears so close resemblance to today's ideal. The Venus of Petřkovice from 25.000 years ago seems to represent remarkably similar form as well, though other surviving figurines from up to 30.000 years ago depict older, more matronly shapes which have their admirers in modern times too.
