Why does 80s music sound amazing! It’s better than the crap I grew up with.

I was born in late 2002? Even 90s kids heard some 80s songs but grew up in the 90s. Lucky 😭😭😭😭

In my opinion, mainstram 80s music is characterized by a certain "sameness", regarding the sound. This may be caused by the synths used at that time. During the 80s digital synths (such as the Fairlight CMI) took over, but digital music equipment was still in the early stages of development. As a result, 80s music sounds dated today. Just my 2 cents.

i was 15 in 1980 and 25 when in 1990.. 😊 It was a good time for music..
