I Need Support

Im very tired. I feel drowsy, lightheaded. I have no appetite. I sleep all the time. Had been couple of days now. Im very tired and it is killing me. I can hardly open my eyes. I wish I can just sleep and never wake up. I feel like half dead. I know this is the symptoms of my conditions, panhypopit and insipidus, but this time it has been few days now. I need encouraging words from you to go through this. Thank you.

I was like you one day .. The only thing that made me woke up and face the world is ME .. I talked to myself .. Like hey please wake up .. Life won't stop if you stop ..
