I Need Support

Hi All. I'm shaky. I have no appetite. I have hypoglycemia becoz of low blood sugar. I never skip my meals everyday, but I take very small meal. I take cereal or cookies between the meals. Now I have fever. I have no appetite. I feel so tired. I feel everything is not right. I appreciate your support. Thank you.
