I Like to Be Liked
Well not really. After the shitstorm last night I just want to say to the people that participated I don't care if you like me or not. You sit there in your religious piety being all judgmental of me and others but like many religious folk I know you'd probably walk by someone that needs your help praying that God helps them but not extend a helping hand yourself.
You have been conditioned by your society that I am perverted but really who's thinking is perverted here? You pick which rules to follow. Are you 100% sure you've never had premarital sex? Do you always cover up completely for the opposite sex according to prescripts? Do you make sure you never wear clothing of the opposite sex?
I can likely hear you gulping at the last one because, perhaps even unintentionally, you know you've transgressed. You are condemned as perverted by your own standards under the same set of rules contained in the same book.
For everyone else, thank you. I would rather be liked for who I am by 10 people than to put up a false persona for 100.
