Drink hot water, take steam if you feel congestion. Eat fruits and veggies, with some hot spices cinnamon, black pepper etc. Rest rembr to drink lot of water.

@Angelwings89 what i have learnt is that, flu fever cold cough common stuff like this are the bodies mechanism for purging. Since we are taking toxins in through every medium (food water air) it happens often at times. We shudnt take medicine to control these rather let it run its course, eat things which will help body in detoxification. If we give rest to digestion during these times, eat light fresh food, body will heal itself. Rest is mandatory.

@Angelwings89 See if you feel tired, its simple, your body demands rest. Digestion is also a tiring activity for the body, either your body is healing/self correcting or its digesting food (all the blood flow is directed to the stomach). But you do need to eat cause body needs the nutrition too, so eat light nutritious food. avoid meat, fresh fruits and veggies. Stay hydrated.
