Anyone else hate the doctor?

I have a check up today with the the doctor she’s super nice and everything but like I hate going!! Anyone else hate doctors? They make me so nervous. Any tips on not being like so nervous lol

I have an irrational fear of the doctor, when I am the patient. As a nurse I work with them all day and I'm fine.

I'm not a fan either. Especially since each time i go i get more pills, and something else i like taken away

Maybe your dad could give you a nice treat after? At least take your mind off it. In the meantime. I'd say that you shouldn't try to 'stop yourself' being scared but ask - what's the actual fear, where does it come from? what shape does it take in your mind?
