What is a High IQ

@JRVanguard Per the Stanford–Binet, when I took it, a range of 145-160 was Highly gifted. Genius scores are higher than that.

@JRVanguard Unless you are talking about the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale. I have no idea the scale on that, nor have I taken the WAIS.

@JRVanguard My apologies, you were right. It’s just an antiquated category that is no longer used in the scale at all.

I don’t think there’s a uniform range

@JRVanguard It’s sort of a debatable range like the years for generations like x, y, and z. They are fairly closely aligned but vary around the edges. I was considered at the high end of highly gifted with my 164. I took the actual Stanford–Binet in a controlled setting. Not an online quiz like they have nowadays.

@JRVanguard I was forced to take it along with an MMPI test to be allowed to stay in school and graduate after staging a school walkout over a social justice issue they weren’t taking seriously.

@JRVanguard I’ve got a lot of bright tats but none where my cutting scars are and the first time she saw them she drew over them with butterflies in pen and told me not to kill them. Just stuff like that.
