Male equivalent's perhaps sick boy. Often I'm called that for doing things, a very different & more effecient way & especially for not keeping up appearances or complying with certain standards. I'm not disrespectful to things/beings that should be respected & I've got much higher standards than the vast majority of people. Apparently, this shows that I'm sick in the head.

@FCNantes the demonstrations of what you speak of though may not be perceived as that though. It depends on how this translates too. It's something to consider.
