Today's kids have been born in a world where technology and online reality rule, they have been familiar with them all their lives, and their attitude to them is more objective than that of adults. And they see their many bad points, and are likely to react against them.

It is so true. And when the boy brought back a box of coloured kinetic sand from school just now, I sat down to play with him. He is fourteen. I'm just glad I did not give away the sandcastle molds from his childhood to the Salvation Army yet. Handphones and gadgets take away so much of our time. The less of it, the better.
@novembermoon Play with him, enjoy those moments. It is great you have a boy that still enjoys playing with physical things. And he is lucky to have a great mom always willing to play with him 😊
