I Am On A Ketogenic Diet

3 weeks ago I started on this journey. I love keto because it has made me feel better on the inside and I am losing a little bit of weight but that doesnt matter as much as the feeling good on the inside. I love the way my tastes have changed I tried to eat a very small milk chocolate egg last night I couldent have eaten any more than that it was so super sweet and I didnt want any more it fit into my macros though but its about my learning about what my body wants. I feel full all the time which is great. I feel good :)

I'm interested in this, if anyone offer very basic advise on how to swing it?

I lost weight by eating chicken breast, broccoli, and cheese for several weeks.

Because of my busy lifestyle, I need something simple like that.

All the receipes I'm finding are involved. If I cant put in the steamer and walk away to work on something else until it's ready, it wont work.

Thinking increase healthy fats, moderste protein, low carbs?

HCT oil, and you can buy keto diet items at Walmart now. Keep in mind HEALTHY fats and moderate protein. People seem to think keto means eat all the meat you want, but that's not the case.

Best bet is to read up on Macros, understand how they work then figure out your own targets.
