I Have Difficulty Reaching Out to People

I want to. But I only usually read and respond to other people. I've always found it hard to keep a diary/journal. trouble facing my own reality I guess. You are all most welcome to ask about it.

Not always easy. I think it is a fear of our own reality. I just plain dont feel like writing it down. I just ponder it. I'm one who finds it easy to blog it, however wont unless its anonymous

Yea, thinking of laying off the facebook myself. Thinking of a FB fast. I get mad at myself for being involved with it. I need to back off it.

Good plan. Tough though you learn so much about the people around you - and I get all my news from there I don't want all the "he shot her" type stories so I just follow the causes i'm interested in. .... Maybe I'll go down to every other day
