Can you get licensed to be a Digital Court Reporter in multiple states?

I want to finish my A.A.S. in Criminal Justice but since I love working with document related software I'd love to be doing this part time. Since I'm using it as work experience it would be great to expand my knowledge of the scope of issues outside of New York, i.e. learning about what the courts see in the economically disadvantage parts of New Jersey.
