@Paintedfox If we cant get rid of "ourselves" we cant get rid of our shadows right? but its amusing that we always keep "ourselves" first and try to run from the shadows.

I don’t know lol, i used to think we all want happiness but most of the times, we are our own obstacles at being happy. We are not happy at being happy lol, we want drama, sadness, victimhood and whatnot. Plain happiness is never enough. 😅

I’m thinking of why we seek.. and i dont know that either lol. 😆 we seek what we don’t have, or to avoid some experiences but dont know where those intuitions come from.

It depends on the person. It’s unlikely to be exactly the same thing for everyone.

@Om2014 Possibly. Perhaps everyone seeks some form of happiness or fulfillment but even those terms mean different things to different people.
