I really wish I could immerse myself in all these amazing beautiful cultures. I don't have the money though.... and my food tastes are picky. In my dreams though...

Depending on your situation there are a lot of work and volunteer opportunities if you really want to immerse yourself. I've done that a few times. I can give you some tips for looking for a short term job abroad! ^_^
