I Am Looking to Improve My Life

I woke up today feeling very motivated to workout.
I downloaded 3 workout videos yesterday - low impact cardio, abs toner, thigh slimmer and butt lifter.
Its 10 minutes per workout but my gosh, I was sweating a lot. My legs and thighs felt like noodles. Haha! I felt so unfit. I do workout before but I stopped. It's been a year.

Another reason that made me want to exercise again was when I attended a lecture about "Heart Health". Being overweight or obese increases my risk, your risk, of heart disease. Especially diabetes and hypertension run in my family.

I'm now 28 years old. Turning 29 in 7 months. I feel that, at my current age and as I get older, my metabolism is slowing down and it's easy (VERY easy) for me to gain weight especially in my abdominal area.

Yes, I want to slim down. I want to look fit and sexy (hehe!). But more importantly, to be healthy.

I think exercising also has a mood-enhancing effect which I really need now, as well. I've been experiencing rapid mood changes ever since I can remember. Yes, been living with these mood swings for almost all my life.

Work is very stressful too and working out is one way of releasing my stress.

I can do this! I'm very much looking forward to boosting my well-being and make my days, my life, more meaningful. :)
