You don't say.

I know I shouldn't self diagnose but I fell down that rabbit hole and couldn't help but wonder. It seems that a lot of the issues I have been having lately lead me to early stages of heart failure. The one that stood out most was fine during rest but when doing things the heart rate shoots way up,palpitations, shortness of breath and fatigue. Sounds exactly like me and my situation. I already am aware I have a crap heart which makes me wonder even more.

I'm not going to stress on it until I talk to a doctor.

@SW-User Unfortunately heart related issues are prominent in my family. Sometimes I wonder how we survived so long since there are crap genetics on both sides.

Unfortunately we have to start seriously taking care of our health at some point. It becomes a real pain in the ass if we don't.

@KuroNeko I'm just frustrated because I do take my meds but more arises.

@BeastK it comes down to life style at the end of the day. No more liquid lunches, perhaps.
