Has anyone had the feeling when your asleep and u have a dream that ppl love u now and that your accepted in the world and wake up to find out it isn’t real..it sucks

Yes, i have had that one regularly for years. The worst part is that i wake up in a state of shock and can't get back to sleep and then i'm tired at work.
