These happen when I’m trying to sleep sometimes [I Hate Having Random Body Twitches]

It’s annoying because I’ll be on the verge of sleeping when suddenly a damn twitch wakes me up! Not sure why it happens, but it does. 😣

They're called Myoclonic jerks. It's the body's way of shutting down the muscles, so when you sleep, you don't act out your dreams.

I heard that happens because your body gets so relaxed it thinks its dead so your body jumps
