I Do Not Get What Is The Point Of Life

What is the point . I have one friend and when ever I try to talk to him about stuff that's bothering me he makes out its not a big deal and just completey dismisses my upset or depressed feelings . Which makes me feel worse

Humans do not know the meaning of life, seeking for it here on earth may prove to be futile, for the only one who knows the meaning is the God who created us.

Just keep in mind that if there is no God that gave us meaning, then there's no possibility for there to be a meaning of life.
