Update: I got the job!!! They are such a funny and amazing group of people. Tight-knit and personable and not there to burn people either. I'll have all the education, experience and tools to fulfill my dream. My mentor is a great man too, I'm gonna learn so much.
But my former employer didn't take it well. Lol I knew the area manager didn't care for me but he acted like a real dick at the very end.
