I Am Feeling Weird

I've been feeling really weird lately. My sleeping schedule is messed up and I am unable to go to bed until 6am everyday. I can't force myself to wake up the next day, not until at least 2pm. Not sure if I have depression or just simple lacking motivation. I mean, my life is pretty simple and I don't lack anything in a materialistic sense. So what could possibly be the reason?

Its easy to accidentally modify your sleep habit. Shift worker and global travelers moving through time zones do it all the time. Providing you don't have deeper problems like depression you can modify your sleep behavior back to normal. Either that or move to Australia (assuming you're in NA).
