I Am Irritated As Hell
My son was playing basketball in the front of my house. It was about 8 am. My neighbor who lives across the street told him it was too early to play! I am really pissed!!!!!!!

most cities start the noise period from 7am to 9pm.
most, that is. hell, you can even look it up online.

keep the phone with ya in case this becomes a habit with the neighbor... ya know, make a video log of these occurrences.
