@Ganon Painting I've gotten fairly good at. I'd love to be able to craft them too, but that would either mean new tools and stuff to carve them myself, or learn 3D modeling and buy a 3D printer.

It's a project for another day, to say the least!

@FaeLuna yeah, it would be a nice project to start. Resin should work perfectly well. The painting part is where I'd need help lol

@Ganon There are lots of good tutorials out there! If I can figure it out, I know you'll be able to!

Oh, and I haven't played that yet. I've heard of it, but haven't gotten around to actually investigating it and seeing if I want to buy it yet. It sounds fun, just based on what little I've heard about it though.

@FaeLuna Sweet!. It's great, you can dip into whatever classes you want and make crazy builds. I've got a ranger with a beast companion and they're also an eldrich archer, so it's like having a ranger that can also shoot spells. You can spend hours just looking at builds and experimenting tbh.

@basilfawlty89 Oh yeah, we've been friends since college. It's pretty much the only reason I accepted a commission from her at this point. I still have a long way to go before I'm confident in myself to take commissions from strangers.

@FaeLuna yeah, I know working with strangers can be scary. With freelancing when I started out I was a bit nervous too, because if I screw up it's my ass. On the flipside, no boss yelling at you.

@basilfawlty89 I used to do freelance graphic design and film work for several years, so I know exactly what you mean! Luckily, with graphic design I can just undo a mistake or make adjustments fairly easily. Painting small scale minis is a lot more unforgiving.
