Happy lunar new year (ox)

Happy new year and this is a dish I make every so often -chicken wings (deep fried) then coated in a mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi, green scallon,, garlic salt or powder and a little sugar. Mix these heat then pour over the wings.
