I Have Bad Days

Some days I feel so emotionally numb I wonder if I've died and nobody told me.

On other days I can cry at my daughter's smile.

Highs and lows..
Rough with the smooth..
Ups and downs..

I constantly regret my extremes, and wish for more mediocrity. And then I remember I don't even like black and white films..
