I Have Lots On My Mind

Sometimes I wish I can just talk to someone bout what's going in with me in the core. I have trust issues so it's hard to talk bout things to certain people and when I don't talk I think too much...and when I think too much I can't get sleep and I get headaches....I just want to tell someone my secrets and thoughts and what I have did all my life and not be scared or ashamed.

It is a wonderful experience to be totally open with someone and know that they love you regardless. To have the trust and comfort to be able to do that and know that they will as well. I have had that with several friends over the years and it has always been great. It is sad that time and distance sometimes come between us and separate us from those we have grown so close to.
