Starting tomorrow I'm going to purge all the food except for a few things in my fridge and cabinets.
I'm going to keep around the condiments, fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, rice stick snacks and roasted seaweed snacks. Everything else is going away so I'm pretty much forced to only eat those things. I'm going to get back on track and I'm going to meet my goal. I figure if I have only safe foods stocked and around I can't go wrong or be tempted to eat something I shouldn't.
