I Have Body Dysmorphic Disorder

I find myself avoiding to go outside because I feel fat eventhough I am not. I just don't feel perfect enough. I am trying to get over it.

Perfection really is in the eye of the beholder, and most concerning ourselves we have a jaundiced view... Remember that looks will get you the first date, but personality will keep them coming back!
