I Have Body Dysmorphic Disorder

I don't even know what to do anymore. I've been fighting this since I was 8 years old. I don't even know how to keep going on living like this. No I'm not starving myself it has nothing to do with my body ...... right now I am overly obsessive over a skin condition I have. I really feel like I need to just be in a nut house sometimes. No one understands unless they've lived with this disorder it's literal torment every single day. I just want to die so I don't have to deal with it anymore.

Well nut house is a little mean,but if you know you're obsessing and can't stop,some therapy of one form or another sounds like a great idea.lopez's this is me then is my favorite LP by her by the way
