I Have Body Dysmorphic Disorder

I don't even know what to do anymore. I've been fighting this since I was 8 years old. I don't even know how to keep going on living like this. No I'm not starving myself it has nothing to do with my body ...... right now I am overly obsessive over a skin condition I have. I really feel like I need to just be in a nut house sometimes. No one understands unless they've lived with this disorder it's literal torment every single day. I just want to die so I don't have to deal with it anymore.

so sorry to hear that you're struggling such as you are... And you are right, I cannot possibly imagine what you're going through - no one can. BUT I'm sure that there are more than one person here that would be willing to listen and try to understand how you feel. 🤗

@SW-User I have had a relationship with someone that was dealing with bulimia, so I know its waaaaaaaaaay more than the physical. I've got a brother-in-law that is suffering from schizophrenia, and I have a son that has a touch of autism (although never formally diagnosed as such). So I think I have a fair understanding and appreciation for people that suffer with such abnormalities, which are quite common.
