What you need is to do just that. Get out of bed, shower, dress in nice clothes, arrange your hair neatly, get out of your house and do something. Be active, don't brood, or it will just get worse. I don't know how well or even if you remember me, gem. But I was always fond of you and I hate to see you so unhappy.
