Have you ever in a situation like why when you ask people help, they won't help you but when you don't need their help, they (people) are helping you?

I mean like I have desperate situation when I need people's help like my family to help me but they won't. When I am just minding my own business, somehow there is miracle where they are offering help.

Like why?

Is not that I am incapable. I will ask help if I am not capable.

Plus, why they always trying to help in a wrong situation? They make the situation really weird and cringe. 🤷🏻‍♀️
